We're looking for a Salesforce CRM Architect to manage and optimize our global marketing automation ecosystem. As part of our IT Direct-to-Consumer team, you'll ensure smooth operations, seamless integrations, and highly personalized campaigns that connect with customers across Europe, Asia, and Japan., * Enable the Business: Partner with marketing teams to configure journeys, automation, and segmentation that drive engagement and conversion
Deliver Personalization at Scale: Use Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) to create dynamic, tailored customer experiences across digital channels
Integrate Seamlessly: Ensure flawless data flows between Marketing Cloud and our connected systems-Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Core Cloud, and Data Cloud
Maintain & Improve: Monitor system health, manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with best practices and governance
Support Campaign Execution: Assist with email, SMS, WhatsApp and push notification setup, testing, and deployment-keeping deliverability and engagement top of mind
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Experienced Professional: 3-5 years of experience in CRM and email marketing system implementation, with at least 3 years hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Integration-Savvy: Skilled in connecting Marketing Cloud to external systems like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Core Cloud, Data Cloud, PIM/DAM
License in IT area, master preferred
Personalization Expert: Practical experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) and building targeted, real-time customer experiences
Detail-Oriented Operator: Strong skills in platform administration, user management, and troubleshooting
Business-Savvy: Able to turn business needs into scalable, future-proof technical strategies.
Vendor & Project Pro: Skilled in managing external partners and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget
Global Communicator: Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Spanish is a 'nice to have'
Collaborative Partner: Able to work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and IT teams to align technical capabilities with business goals
Analytical & Results-Driven: Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements
