Job description
We're looking for a Technical Support for Integrations to join Factorial and become the go-to expert on our Public API. You'll be the first member of our new Tech Partner Integrations team, to help our partners and customers successfully connect with Factorial through our Public API and integrations ecosystem., You'll handle the more complex technical inquiries related to APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations - acting as the bridge between our partners, support agents, and engineering teams. Your goal will be to unblock partners quickly, ensure smooth integration experiences, and help improve our API tools and documentation based on real-world feedback.
What You'll Do
- Resolve technical issues related to Factorial's integrations, APIs, and webhooks - analyzing logs, reproducing issues, and identifying root causes.
- Collaborate with partners' developers via tickets, email, or video calls to guide them through technical challenges.
- Escalate complex issues to Product or Engineering when necessary, ensuring clear documentation and context for faster resolution.
- Maintain and improve support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for recurring API and integration topics.
- Collect and communicate feedback from partners to help improve our API capabilities and developer experience.
- Partner with Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across all integrations, * Experience supporting SaaS products or HR/ERP systems.
- Basic scripting or development knowledge (e.g. JavaScript, Python) to assist in debugging.
- Familiarity with Zapier, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman collections, and API monitoring tools.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support, integration support, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and webhooks.
- Comfortable using tools like Postman, API consoles, or developer dashboards for testing and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you can read logs, debug API calls, and identify where an integration breaks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you can explain technical concepts clearly and manage expectations effectively.
- Curious and proactive - you enjoy learning new systems, documenting findings, and helping others succeed.
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this position is between 28.000€ and 34.000€ total compensation with a performance-based bonus up to 10%. We won't consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
