Job description
As a Senior Game Developer at Socialpoint, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and enhancing our remarkable games. Working closely with a cross-functional team, you'll drive both technical and product aspects of our games, contributing to their ongoing evolution.
We boast a diverse range of launched games and ongoing development projects, which means you'll experience a dynamic and stimulating work environment, filled with novel challenges and opportunities for growth. Your input will be invaluable as we collaborate to achieve excellence across the following key areas:
- Collaborate closely within a multi-disciplinary feature squad , collaborating with Engineering, Product, UI/UX, and QA teams within an Agile framework.
- Shape the complete development lifecycle of new and existing gameplay features - from conceptualization and design to development, testing, and release.
- Prepare technical design documents to guide the implementation process.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate and enhance internal libraries.
- Mentor and support fellow developers , aiding in their skill development.
Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' professional game development experience, ideally within teams of 10 or more people, with games released on recognized platforms.

A strong grasp of collaborative teamwork within a group of senior developers.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient and disciplined programming skills, grounded in knowledge of industry best practices and techniques.

Robust expertise in C#, 2D/3D graphics, and computer mathematics.

Proficiency in using Unity3D.

Skillful performance analysis and optimization capabilities.

Effective debugging prowess.

Experience in mobile platforms (iOS, Android) is a plus.

Knowledge of C++ and cocos2d-x is a plus. Additionally, you should be:
