Job description
As an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers As a System Engineer in the Corporate IT Services team you will be in charge of:
- Provide Level 2 support for end users focusing on identity management issues
- Assist in identifying and implementing automation opportunities
- Provide technical information analysis and recommendations to leadership
- Analyze and tune system performance capacity and functionality of complex systems
- Review methods and procedures to ensure data integrity protection and security standards
- This area is responsible for all user management support starters and leavers process credential and access management as well as the daily operations and developevolve the UM service implement initiatives to improve service end to end responsibility of the full stack based on defined KPIs and SLAs
Requirements
Higher vocational trainingMinimum experience of at least 2 years in Service DeskHigh level of spoken and written English it is the language of communication of our customers level test will be doneTechnical IT backgroundExperience on user management technical skillsKnowledge of identity management technologies examples: ADGOOGLESAILPOINTGood analytical and problem solving skillsStrong communication skills especially when explaining technical informationGood time management skills to meet users needs and problemsPassion for technologyExperience on automation and codingKnowledge of Sailpoint identity and access management technology
