SAP MRO Project Manager

Are you a SAP Project Manager with proven experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) projects to lead and deliver complex SAP initiatives, seeking a new interesting challenge ? ?, We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :

• Lead and manage full-cycle SAP MRO implementation and enhancement projects , from planning and design to delivery and stabilization.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, business analysts, developers, and key users.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery within defined parameters.
• Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and quality standards throughout all project stages.
• Oversee testing, training, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
• Report regularly on project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and promote collaboration across teams.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Project Manager role within SAP MRO, EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) , or related areas.
• Strong understanding of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) , MRO , and integration with MM, PP, and FI/CO modules.
• Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Spanish (C1 or higher) and English (C1 or higher) , both spoken and written.
• PMP®, PRINCE2®, or SAP Activate certification is a plus.
• Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or heavy industry environments is highly valued.
