SAP Global Technology Lead

Overview MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) projects to lead and deliver complex SAP initiatives. Seek a Project Manager to manage full-cycle SAP MRO implementation and enhancement projects, from planning and design to delivery and stabilization. Responsibilities * Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. * Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, business analysts, developers, and key users. * Manage project budgets, risks, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery within defined parameters. * Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and quality standards throughout all project stages. * Oversee testing, training, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions. * Report regularly on project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies to senior management. * Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and promote collaboration

across teams. Qualifications * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager within SAP MRO, EAM, or related areas. * Strong understanding of MRO and integration with MM, PP, and FI / CO modules. * Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects. * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). * Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with global stakeholders. * Fluent in Spanish (C1 or higher) and English (C1 or higher), both spoken and written. * Proficiency in documentation and communication tools.
