Requirements
IT equipment, manage user accounts, and ensure data security Provide IT onboarding and training for new staff and doctors Assist in IT infrastructure projects, perform audits, and contribute to ongoing system improvements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or teleradiology industry. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Experience with Google Workspace and other enterprise IT tools. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Intune / Autopilot AWS, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, are a plus.) Excellent communication skills in English language.
