Job description
Transform local market data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making within the Iberia market. This role will be key in cross-functional, high-impact business projects, leveraging data analytics and visualization tools to build a clear view of the fragrance market (niche, prestige & lifestyle), as well as the make-up and skincare categories.
In addition, the role will contribute to defining market estimates, Sell-Out and VMS targets, and to the ongoing tracking of these KPIs.
This position reports directly to the Director of Business Intelligence & Consumer Insights and works closely with the Marketing, Commercial and Finance teams, with direct exposure to General Management.
What you'll get to do
- Track and perform advanced analysis of key market KPIs: market size, market growth, competitive positioning, channel performance, pricing and promotion impact.
- Deliver market forecasts to support planning processes (budget and 3Y plan).
- Estimate and define brand Sell-Out targets in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring proper tracking to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collect, consolidate, model, and clean data from various sources (Circana, retailer sell-out data, etc.) to enable quality analysis and visualization through dashboards, ensuring data quality, integrity and consistency.
- Identify business opportunities based on both internal and external data.
- Support strategic, cross-functional projects such as the integration of new brands or categories from a data perspective.
- Coordinate with the Global Strategy team to ensure methodological alignment and share consolidated data.
- Participate in the purchase and execution of qualitative and quantitative market studies alongside the Director, when required.
- Act as a data reference for the Iberia team, addressing data needs and ensuring correct interpretation of sources.
- Conduct advanced ad-hoc analysis based on requests from various teams.
- Generate insightful reporting for General Management, Marketing, Commercial and Finance teams.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or market analysis, preferably in FMCG, luxury, or beauty industries.

Previous experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and industry data sources (NPD, Nielsen, IRI…).

Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing or similar. Master's degree is a plus.

Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1 in both).

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, actionable insights.

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.

High level of autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
