SAP Payroll Implementation Lead - Italy
Activities under your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup
- Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations
- Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks
- Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.
- Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
- Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery, * Anticipate Customer Needs - We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.

Requirements
Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of * country* payroll regulations, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations.
- Fluent in English and country language, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
- Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information, To be considered, you must have current and future work authorization in the country where you're applying, without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada.
