Scrum Master (Transactional Banking) (Hybrid Málaga)

• As a Scrum Master, your goal will be to coordinate high-performance teams using agile methodologies, collecting metrics to measure execution, identify inefficiencies in the team's workflow, and report product progress to senior management, ensuring the timeliness and quality of deliverables.
• Maintain a Jira backlog according to the Product Owner's specifications, properly updated and aligned with the team.
• Identify and manage dependency handling (both internal and third-party) based on business requirements.
• Identify and manage incident resolution.
• Generate performance metrics.
• Organize sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain product governance so that the Product Owner, functional reporting, and hierarchical reporting to the COO are all informed of the status, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate the global gathering of requirements and product implementation.
• Collaborate with the product team in pursuit of continuous improvement.

We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in Transactional Banking to support one of our leading clients in the banking sector., * Minimum 2 years of experience in Transactional Banking

• Education: Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with SWIFT messaging and ISO 20022
• Basic programming knowledge
• Advanced level in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in Grupo Santander
• English level: C1
