Requirements

Provide architecture support and guidance for evaluating initiatives, operational needs, and project portfolios related to Transaction-Driven Financial Crime within GTB and SCIB environments.
Contribute to the implementation of reference architectures and roadmaps, ensuring alignment across the Trade domain and broader SCIB organization.
Facilitate the adoption of appropriate technologies, processes, and products across relevant projects.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Financial Crime, Screening, Transaction Monitoring, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
Ensure that all designs and proposals comply with internal architecture policies and principles.
Collaborate with Divisional & Corporate Architecture teams to validate and ensure policy compliance.
Work closely with other members of the CTO Architecture team to ensure consistency and architectural alignment across domains., * 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Banking / Global Transaction Banking, with specific exposure to Financial Crime-related initiatives.
3-5 years of experience in architecture or related roles.
Solid understanding of AML, Screening, and Compliance frameworks.
Experience working with data architectures supporting screening and monitoring (e.g., Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Big Data frameworks).
English: B2+ /C1

Nice to Have

Experience in secure data flow design for real-time financial transaction analysis.
Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Certifications are not mandatory but considered a plus.

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
