Job description

Your Main Task and responsibilities will be related to Store/Weapon integration activities in Medium & Light and Airbus Derivatives airplatforms, including:

  • Impact analysis and technical definition for the integration of new store/weapon and armament capabilities in a platform.

  • Armament Systems Design activities (RFI, RFP, PTS, ICDs, EDR, RCIs, SRR, PDR, CDR ...)

  • Assessment of the technical documentation for the integration of stores and Weapons. Generation of weapons to Aircraft Interface Control Document.

  • Assessment of Safety documentation for Stores and weapons. Generation of Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Safety Assessment Reports for integration and clearance.

  • Assessment of qualification reports and generation of Declaration of Design and Performances Document

  • Generation and review of Weapons/Stores and Systems certification documents

  • Review and validation of Technical publication related to Weapons/stores/Armament System.

  • Support to Laboratory, Ground and Flight testing.

  • Attendance to international technical Telecom and technical workshops meetings.

Location for these activities will be Airbus D&S Spain, in Getafe with possible temporary destination in other Partner Companies or customer facilities: France, UK, US...

Requirements

Do you have experience in Simulink?, * Educated in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline

  • Experience in Aircraft Systems Integration from 3-5 years minimum

  • Experience in M&L and Derivatives System Integration will be desirable

  • Experience in Armament/Stores integration will be a plus

  • Experience in Armament/Stores management systems will be a plus

  • Experience in Project Management and Team Management will be a plus

  • Acknoledgement of English conversation/written. French will be a plus.

  • Acknoledgement of CATIA, DOORs, Telemaco, Matlab/Simulink, C++ will be desirable.

  • Experience in working in very demanding environments beyond state of the art technology

  • Ability to work as a team
