Job description
- Advise C-Level stakeholders and business leaders on data and AI topics, data analytics and governance, automation and productivity, and AI strategy, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
- Translate complex technological concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior executives.
- Lead strategic consulting projects in data, productivity and automation, utilizing AI tools and IT governance to optimize Allianz entities' digital transformation effort.
- Contribute to business development and internal capability building.
- Mentor junior consultants, supporting their growth in BI, AI and automation delivery.
- Provide expertise in IT delivery and systems architecture, focusing on infrastructure, integration, and enterprise data management.
- Evaluate technology and operational risks to support data-driven decision-making on risk mitigation, acceptance, or transfer.
- Design and advise on data architecture, governance strategies, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to AI Act, GDPR, DORA, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Advise on analytics and optimizing and automating data
- Recommend and design BI strategies using Power BI and AI-driven data models.
- Design automation initiatives with low-code solutions like PowerApps and Power Automate to improve operational efficiency and business agility.
- Ensure understanding and application of (Gen)AI/ML technologies within strategic initiatives.
- Ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (AI Act, GDPR, DORA, ISO standards), integrating them into all AI and automation initiatives.
Requirements

Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure; advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, data modeling, and interactive dashboards a plus.

Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ML/AI projects.

Strong knowledge of data architecture and governance from a strategic perspective.

Understanding of AI and ML technologies.

Good knowledge of AI governance, data protection, and compliance frameworks, including GDPR, AI Act, DORA, and cybersecurity regulations.

Expertise in Technology Risk Management, with the ability to assess and decide whether to mitigate, transfer, or accept technology-related risks.

Proficient in database querying using SQL etc.

Knowledge in IT delivery and its processes

Ability to structure and present insights to senior executives, ensuring clarity and strategic relevance.

Capability to influence decisions across technical and business teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish, with other European languages as a plus.

Degree in technology preferred, with a focus on engineering, analytics, business informatics or data / computer science to complement business degree.

5-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, IT advisory, and projects focusing on data automation, productivity, digital transformation, or IT regulatory compliance.
