QA Lead - SAP

A leading multinational company providing technological solutions for the industrial and wellness sectors, with a strong global presence and headquarters in Catalonia. Currently undergoing a digital transformation, it is seeking to recruit talent for its international SAP projects.

• Lead and manage the SAP QA team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.

• Oversee the quality assurance processes for SAP implementation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies, focusing on both manual and automated testing.

• Utilize Xray for test management and ensure seamless integration with Jira.

• Define test automation frameworks, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to SAP QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

• Monitor and report on key quality metrics, driving improvements based on data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, extensive experience in SAP projects, and expertise in test automation tools.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing QA teams, with a track record of successful SAP implementation projects.

• Strong knowledge of Xray and test automation tools.

• Exposure to SAP Solution Manager/SAP Cloud ALM is a plus

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca is highly valued.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
