Lead the end-to-end delivery of SuccessFactors enhancements, system changes, and platform evolution.

Manage HRIS demand pipeline, including evaluating, prioritizing, and scheduling new initiatives in collaboration with HR Operational Excellence and the HRIS Functional Lead.

Ensure alignment of initiatives with governance, compliance, and HRIS objectives.

Conduct impact assessments for releases and system updates.

Oversee project milestones, risks, dependencies, and provide regular stakeholder updates.

Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful technical delivery and integration.

Define and oversee testing strategies, including UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.

Support user training, change adoption, communications, and KPIs for release success.

Continuously improve delivery and release management processes, and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Participate in governance forums and contribute to architecture and solution discussions.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise HR systems, including modules, architecture, and release management.
- Experience in Project Management or Release Management, with knowledge of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2) and tools (JIRA, ITSM).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes (e.g., ManageEngine).
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Desirable:
- SAP SuccessFactors or ITIL certification.
- Formal project management qualifications.
- Knowledge of financial processes, particularly Payroll.
- Experience working with external vendors and global cross-functional teams.
