Solution Specialist (Nordic Speaker) Hybrid Cloud Solutions Málaga

Build and develop customer relationships and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Provide technical product insights tailored to customer needs. Contribute innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud. Validate implementation requirements and pricing calculations. Deliver solution demonstrations and presentations over Teams. Act as a key technical contact for SMB customers in collaboration with our sales team. Conduct group and one-on-one trainings across your area of expertise. Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing, both for Microsoft and competitors.

To succeed in this role, you have:

Native or fluent proficiency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish). Advanced level of English. A Bachelor's degree. 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience. Microsoft Fundamentals certification (required). L200 certification preferred. Broad knowledge of productivity and communications solutions. Understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions. Experience with cloud deployments, migrations, and adoption planning. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in technical sales or presales environments. Degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering (Bachelor or Master).

Permanent contract in Spain. Full-time schedule (39h/week): Mon-Thu 09:00-17:30, Fri 09:00-16:30. Competitive salary: €36,000 gross/year + up to €6,000 gross/year in bonuses.
