You'll contribute to a team focused on performance, reliability, and secure system design in one of the world's leading digital asset ecosystems. Desired locations: Ireland, Portugal, Poland, Spain, France What you'll do * Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Golang. * Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB in a microservices architecture. * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance optimizations. * Read and implement technical design documentation into high-quality, reusable code. * Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver new features. * Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. * Help shape the long-term vision for system scalability and backend reliability. looking for * 5+ years of backend software engineering experience. * Expertise in Golang and microservices architecture. * Experience designing, building, and maintaining production-grade services. * Strong background in unit, integration, and performance testing. * Hands-on experience with Docker and service decomposition. * Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB). * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Minimum 6-hour overlap with the UK timezone. Nice to have * Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), or Docker orchestration. * Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus). * Basic understanding of blockchain or crypto. * Exposure to Figma for reviewing design flows.
