Manages projects from planning through execution. Develops internal data science capabilities, fosters external partnerships, and ensures governance through cost, IP, and safety management. The role accelerates the leverage of data across the organization to enable enhanced automation, decision-making, and the creation of new data-powered business models. Requirements

Requirements Academic background: Master or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences, Biotechnology, or related area. Professional experience: 3 to 5 years in senior demonstrated experience in data analysis projects and data-driven solutions development. Proficiency in mathematical optimization and advanced statistical techniques. Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) and other relevant data science tools. Experience implementing machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics, with knowledge of database management and manipulation. Advanced English oral and written skills. Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, convince others about data-driven approaches, and facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary/cultural teams.
