Requirements * Academic background: Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computed Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields. * Professional experience: 3 to 5 years in senior demonstrable experience in data analysis projects and data-driven solutions development. * Proficiency in mathematical optimization and advanced statistical techniques. * Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) and familiarity with other relevant data science tools. * Experience implementing machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics, with knowledge of database management and manipulation. * Advanced English oral and written communication skills. * Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, persuade others about data-driven approaches, and facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary and cultural teams. * Experience in similar positions within the chemical or related industry.
