About the Role We are looking for an Expert Cloud Solution Architect (Workspace Team) to lead the design and implementation of provisioning, identity, and compliance architecture for Mercedes-Benz's large-scale data platform. You'll play a key role in building secure, scalable, and automated cloud environments on Azure, ensuring enterprise-grade performance and governance across teams and environments. Architect and deploy Provisioning Services (EPS) - the foundation for onboarding, workspace setup, and lifecycle

management. Design secure ADLS and non-ADLS storage modules with strong policy enforcement. Build and maintain automated workspace provisioning pipelines using Pulumi or Bicep. Enable full CI/CD automation through Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Drive access governance using Service Principals, Managed Identities, and RBAC. Integrate vulnerability scanning tools such as Coverity and BlackDuck. Collaborate with SAFe Agile teams to define and enforce architectural standards. Integration: REST APIs, Coverity, BlackDuck Access Governance: RBAC, Service Principals, AAD Groups, Custom Policies What You Bring 6+ years of cloud architecture experience, with a strong Azure background. Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi/Bicep) and CI/CD implementation. Proven ability to design API gateways, provisioning frameworks, and compliance workflows. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and documentation skills.
