Join our dynamic Data Science and Insights Team and become the catalyst for data-driven transformation within IT Infrastructure. As our Data Scientist, you'll pioneer innovative analytics solutions that directly optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and efficiency navigating towards self-healing and autonomous operations.

You'll be instrumental in evolving our IT Infrastructure into a truly data-driven organization, leveraging advanced analytics to improve operational excellence and drive measurable infrastructure improvements.

Tasks and responsibilities

Design and Deploy Infrastructure Analytics: Build sophisticated data models and automated pipelines that transform IT operational data into actionable infrastructure insights.
Drive Infrastructure Innovation: Lead small-scale experiments using rapid experimentation environments to validate hypotheses and assess infrastructure optimization solutions.
Enable Data-Driven Infrastructure Decisions: Support IT Infrastructure teams and stakeholders with advanced analytics, ensuring smooth integration from multiple infrastructure data sources.
Optimize Infrastructure Performance: be part of creating automated solutions to enhance infrastructure reliability and efficiency.Strategic Infrastructure Impact: Provide actionable recommendations to IT Infrastructure stakeholders and track the measurable impact of implemented infrastructure optimization strategies.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * 5+ years in data science or analytics roles with demonstrated infrastructure or operational impact.

Advanced Programming Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with production-ready code experience.
Statistical Mastery: Deep understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling applied to infrastructure data.
Infrastructure Data Engineering: Experience with API endpoints and IT Data governance frameworks.
IT Operations Acumen: Proven ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and translate technical insights into infrastructure value.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to present complex infrastructure findings to IT stakeholders and technical teams.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinking with creativity in approaching infrastructure data challenges.
IT Collaboration: Strong experience working with IT Infrastructure SMEs and cross-functional technical teams.
Adaptability: Comfortable in iterative, experimentation-driven IT environments.Fluency in english is a must.
