Data Analyst

• Drive the push for data & AI literacy across the business.
• Determine appropriate communications and roadmaps for upskilling various teams.
• Develop strategies for sharing achievements with data & AI initiatives across the business.
• Work closely with data & AI teams to strengthen the decentralized model and update the governing model.
• Seek opportunities for closer collaboration among central and local teams.
• Deliver roadmaps of training modules and communications, refine decentralized operating models, and create methodologies for sharing progress with local teams and senior management.
• Identify necessary reports from a central point of view for data culture strategy and deployment.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience deploying data culture strategy in a global environment.
• Strong experience developing roadmaps with concrete action plans and designing Target Operating Models (TOMs) for decentralized environments.
• Proven ability to design compelling, clear PowerPoint decks for senior management.
• Experience designing and deploying training journeys for segmented employee populations.
• Experience developing global communications.
• Strong change management experience (especially ADKAR).
• Experience with data analytics.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in an international environment.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
