• Advanced degree (Master''s or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. * Familiarity with the European tech landscape and relevant industry trends. * Typically 5+ years of experience in data science, ML engineering, or related role. * Deep understanding of core AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). * Strong programming skills in Python and other languages used in data science. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics to technical audiences. * Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs or workshops is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. * Passion for teaching and empowering others to learn new technologies. * Experience with MLOps practices is appreciated.
