What You'll Do * Act as a thought partner to marketing leaders, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation. * Mentor junior analysts and help shape the analytics team's culture and processes.Work with the Marketing and user Acquisition teams to provide insights into user behavior and answer key business questions. * Visualize and communicate the results of your data analysis to senior stakeholders, making data driven recommendations that support key decisions. * Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate

performance and account for uncertainties in major initiatives. What You Bring: * Demonstrated experience with some or all of the following: predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, data visualization. * Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, with experience in campaign optimization, Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling, and incrementality analysis. * Strong business acumen and domain knowledge in user acquisition, product marketing, and privacy frameworks like ATT * Strong experience in SQL and Python; Adept in at least one visualization tool such as Tableau. * Strong communication skills - you can explain complex data in simple, actionable terms * A team player, you establish effective relationships to work with others for the win.
