IS Global Cyber Security Lead ABB Robotics

Lead, you will be instrumental in building and evolving our security posture, working closely with senior stakeholders across Robotics IS, Factories, R&D, and digital business products. You will lead the development of our ISMS framework, manage regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. Your responsibilities : * Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS 2, TISAX, and SOX * Own and operate the enterprise-wide ISMS framework, driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment * Conduct risk assessments, manage the enterprise risk register, and define mitigation strategies with key stakeholders * Monitor emerging threats and coordinate with Security Operations to ensure effective detection and response * Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely remediation and compliance across all domains * Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to balance

security with business agility, influence long-term investment decisions, and drive cultural change in environments with varying security maturity * Translate technical risks into business language and gain executive buy-in to drive success The position is global. The preferred locations are Poland, India, Spain, Italy, Sweden, and China. Your background : * 8-12 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 3-5 years in a leadership role * Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, TISAX, and SOX * Experience with risk management, policy development, and compliance programs * Familiarity with security technologies such as SIEM, IAM, DLP, endpoint protection, and cloud security * Relevant certifications : CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor Exciting Career Opportunity in Robotics This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company.
