Cloud Engineer

We are actively looking for a Kubernetes Engineer with a strong background in DevOps and Cloud Native technologies. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and passionate about building and integrating functionalities for 5G mobile data processing in highly dynamic environments. What you will do

• Collaborate with a multi-functional team to integrate new functionalities for the 5G User Plane.
• Contribute to automating delivery of solutions using a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
• Install, integrate, and configure tools, and develop reusable code, frameworks, unit and system verification tests, and solution integration artifacts.
• Tackle complex problems in a multi-tenant, distributed infrastructure, implementing and testing automated solutions that guarantee scalability, reliability, and performance.

• A bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in computer science, telecommunications engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience with cloud computing platforms, application containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), microservice deployment, configuration management (Helm), and CI/CD implementation.
• Ability to investigate and debug complex issues, including testing, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and core dump analysis.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale, customer-facing microservices architectures and design, build, scale, and observability methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, IP networks and protocols.
• Experience with ALM platforms, build tools, orchestration technologies, test tool integration, release management platforms, and metrics frameworks.
• Proficiency in C programming and at least one scripting language (Python, shell/bash) on UNIX/Linux.
• Proficiency in programming of open-platform, real-time, highly available systems.
• Experience working in an agile environment using Scrum/Kanban/TDD.
• Excellent written and spoken English, confidence in international environments.
