Senior Mobile Engineer (Remote)

Responsibilities Oversee and improve team productivity by delegating tasks effectively, managing performance, and offering actionable feedback for career development. Qualifications * At least 3+ years of managing mobile engineering teams, with proven success leading high-performing groups. * Hands-on experience with mobile development technologies, such as Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for Android, or Swift and SwiftUI for iOS. * Proficiency in data structures, system design, design patterns, and API design. Familiarity with MVP / MVVM architectures, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps practices. * Ability to drive technical decisions, manage project scope, and partner effectively with product teams. * Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. A full-stack background is highly desirable, with additional knowledge of cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, and other relevant technologies being a plus.
