Oracle Developer

We are looking for a skilled French or Dutch speaking (with knowledge of the other national language) PL/SQL Developer to join our small, collaborative team in Brussels. This is a long-term assignment offering a high degree of flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a close-knit environment., * Work closely with a team of 5 to ensure smooth coordination and efficient delivery

• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement, performance tuning, and best practices
• Communicate clearly within the team and broader organization

• Strong expertise in PL/SQL development
• Fluency in Dutch or French (with knowledge of the other language) + English
• A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working with others and sharing knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Someone well-organized, proactive, and able to coordinate work efficiently
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities flexibly

• Hybrid working model: 3 days per week homeworking, only two days onsite in Brussels
