Job description
- Reviewing and enhancing sourcing, procurement, vendor and service governance policies and procedures
- Supporting the integration of DORA requirements into operational practices
- Collecting and analysing data from IT and non-IT teams for regulatory and risk assessments
- Assessing supplier criticality and contributing to reporting obligations
- Supporting the optimisation and development of internal tools (O365, ServiceNow)
- Ensuring smooth collaboration between IT, Business and management stakeholders
- Contributing to ongoing transformation initiatives in an Agile-driven environment
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Vendor Management, IT Service Management, Procurement, Outsourcing or similar fields
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and third-party risk management
- Experience working in regulated environments and/or with ICT-related regulations (DORA is a plus)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to engage with all levels including management
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude and ability to operate autonomously
- Experience with Agile environments is an asset
- Ability to communicate clearly and structure complex information
