Your Role

As a key member of our development team, you will:

• Lead the technical analysis, design, development, and maintenance of core business applications.
• Work on multiple layers - from business logic to system integration and user interfaces.
• Translate functional needs into robust, long-term technical solutions.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and quality of existing systems while contributing to modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and act as a technical reference for less experienced developers.
• Document and communicate your work clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally with Mainframe systems.
• Proficient in procedural programming languages such as C, COBOL, or PL/1.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL, DB2, etc.).

Additional assets:

• Experience with z/OS, PL/1, CICS, JCL, SOA/ESB, TWS, Web Services, or Java.
• Knowledge of accounting principles or financial applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on system reliability and performance.
