Job description

  • You define design standards and UI/UX strategies for complex enterprise applications (web, touch, mobile).
  • You conduct user research in the field and in industrial environments and optimize the user guidance of our products.
  • You develop personas, user journeys, prototypes, and wireframes.
  • You work closely with product management, development, and international design teams.
  • You present design concepts to customers and management.
  • You support customer workshops and requirements analyses.

Requirements

  • Degree in design, HCI, or related field; several years of UI/UX experience.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and user research methods., * You have a degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring several years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • You have experience in designing enterprise software or B2B applications, ideally in industrial applications.
  • You have solid knowledge of user-centered design and design thinking.
  • You are proficient in using design tools and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • You have a basic understanding of web front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • You have experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • You have experience with usability testing and user research methods.
  • You understand accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
  • You are familiar with data visualization and dashboard design.
  • You show interest in industrial design and ergonomic aspects.
  • You are communicative, structured, a team player, and customer-oriented.
  • You speak fluent German and English.
