Job description

Tasks
- Ensure data quality and alignment with business needs using CRM solutions.
- Propose process improvements and represent interests at the Group level.
- Facilitate team training and support in tool analysis and usage., * Ensure data quality, as well as alignment between business needs and IT solutions (mainly CRM and DYN365), through reporting and process monitoring;
- Be a driving force for process and tool improvements within Celsius Management, as well as represent the Management's interests at the Group level;
- Guarantee best practices in data management and be a change driver to digitize processes and documents;
- Be the point of contact for various requests and changes to be made, then liaise with IT services;
- Ensure the training of unit teams and support them in the analysis and use of tools;
- Ensure consistency between strategy and operations related to the sales process from defining the vision to implementing the IT solution according to "best practices" methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in IT, business management, or equivalent; 3+ years in CRM project management.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and engagement with sales teams.
- Leadership skills with a strong customer orientation and training abilities., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or business management, or equivalent training;
- More than 3 years of project management experience in CRM solutions;
- Very good knowledge of sales processes and strong commitment with sales teams;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, certification for MS D365 Customer Engagement software is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of PowerBI and reporting construction;
- Leadership spirit with strong analytical skills and strong customer orientation, good interpersonal skills, and training abilities.
