• Job Summary:
• We are offering an Infrastructure and Security Position for a person with strong DevOps skills who can both manage and expand our in-house infrastructure and design and implement strong security practices around access management, key storage and secure execution.
• The candidate needs a strong sense of autonomy and responsibility to identify opportunities, make decisions on infrastructure and tools to best suit the company's needs and drive organizational objectives.

• Strong DevOps experience (min. 3 years)
• Strong Security experience (min 2 years)
• Experience with Blockchain systems like Nodes, RPCs and Smart Contract environments
• Entrepreneurial, self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and strong ability to adapt and evolve
• Development experience in modern languages, ideally Rust
• Independent and autonomous problem solver
• Good understanding of the blockchain space, ideally a strong understanding of DeFi mechanisms is a plus

Salary: CHF 150'000 - 190'000 per year
