Job description

  • Collaboration in an international, agile development team for analysis and protection systems
  • Development of firmware that "brings our systems to life" - from sensor querying and signal processing to communication with higher-level systems.
  • Active participation in architectural and design decisions
  • Ensuring quality through automated testing (Azure DevOps, Robot Framework), debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Implementation primarily in C/C++ on ARM-, DSP-, Linux- or RTOS-based platforms

Requirements

  • Completed studies (Bachelor's/Master's) in electrical engineering, computer engineering, communications engineering, telecommunications engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Experience with real-time systems and signal processing , enjoyment of test automation
  • Knowledge of common tools and processes such as version control and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, to ensure confident communication with colleagues both locally and internationally.

My client is a successful, internationally oriented industrial company with approximately 130 employees at its Gronau location. They develop and manufacture innovative monitoring and diagnostic systems for rotating machinery - from motors, pumps, and fans to turbines and compressors.
