Job description
- Enhance and maintain internal applications, with a strong focus on Oracle-based Document Management Systems.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for business-critical tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
- Contribute to both the maintenance of current systems and the design of future architectures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
- Act as a key contact for application-related issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Document processes, updates, and user support activities.
- Participate in regular follow-up meetings to track progress and resolve issues
Requirements
Do you have experience in jQuery?, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, jQuery Relational database with focus on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL PHP, C++, C#, Visual Studio IIS, Apache, Linux, Bash, PowerShell Okta and certificate management
Data management and manipulation In-depth expertise in relational databases with a specialization in Oracle, including complex schema design, query optimization, and administration. Skills enabling accurate modeling, security, and efficient archiving of documents within a document management system. Advanced proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for the development of stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages, ensuring efficient and secure server-side data processing. Backend development Solid experience in PHP for the creation of applications interfaced with Oracle via OCI8 as well as API development. Ability to design scalable and maintainable backend architectures. Frontend development Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript for designing user-friendly interfaces that allow access and consultation of documents, while complying with the accessibility and security constraints specific to document systems. Expertise in jQuery for improving user experience, DOM manipulation, and implementing dynamic client-side interactions. Automation and scripting Advanced skills in PowerShell for automating Windows tasks and integrating applications and VBA for Office automation. Skills in Bash for administration and automation in Linux. Ability to meet mass processing and file management optimization needs. Versatile generalist technical profile enabling full support of the development cycle, from the data layer to the user interface, including user support. Understanding of standards, classification and archiving methods, as well as excellent knowledge of the specific and security constraints related to document management. Familiarity with Sencha JavaScript framework is a plus. 6-9 years of experience in IT application development and infrastructure support. Degree in IT or a related field. Multilingual fluency in English and French or Dutch. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive learner with a collaborative mindset and clear communication style.
