Migration Testing Specialist

As a Migration Testing Specialist - Insurance Domain, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful migration of back-office systems within a leading insurance environment. You will be a valued member of our cross-functional delivery team, collaborating closely with business analysts, developers, and operations teams to validate data integrity and system functionality throughout the migration lifecycle., * Lead and execute end-to-end testing of insurance business flows across multiple products.

• Validate data accuracy and completeness during back-office system migrations.
• Design and implement API and UI automation scripts using tools like Katalon and Postman.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect reports while adhering to QA processes.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and migration planning sessions, communicating effectively in Dutch.

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of the insurance domain and business processes.
• Proven experience in migration testing and data validation.
• Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and UI automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.
