• Program and operate Mitutoyo 3D coordinate measuring machines.
• Create and maintain inspection plans in the CAQ system.

Your Daily Work

• Programming and operation of 3D coordinate measuring machines Mitutoyo
• Creating and maintaining inspection plans in the CAQ system
• Performing production releases for new parts
• Supporting production with quality deviations and their analysis
• Performing incoming, outgoing, and intermediate inspections
• Creating inspection reports, measurement protocols, and initial sample inspection reports
• Training employees in measurement and inspection processes as well as work instructions

• Technical training, preferably as a polymechanic or measurement technician.
• Proficient in programming 3D coordinate measuring machines.
• Strong IT skills, especially with MS Office tools., We are looking for a team-oriented, service-conscious personality with an eye for detail - and preferably with a good sense of humor., * Further training preferably in the QA area (AUKOM courses advantageous)
• Confident handling and programming of 3D coordinate measuring machines (Mitutoyo)
• Experience with CAQ systems (Syncos)
• Very good IT user skills with MS Office tools
• Flawless German skills, English skills desired
• Analytical thinking, process-oriented and solution-focused working style
