Job description

Join our Corporate Data Solutions Tribe, responsible for providing reports, dashboards, and analytics for the entire SD Worx Group. CDS manages the data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, data mappings, definitions, and the transformation of Corporate Data into Information & Insights. The Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Team at CDS is at the forefront of harnessing cutting-edge AI technologies. We specialize in projects such as recommendation systems, language models, document understanding, data quality improvement, and feedback analysis, all aimed at revolutionizing data-driven decision-making for an exceptional user experience., As a Data Scientist at SD Worx, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to enhance our HR and payroll solutions, helping us uncover valuable insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness in workforce management.

  • Advanced Analytics and Modeling: Design and implement complex statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques to solve business problems.
  • Data Strategy: Develop and execute data strategies that align with business objectives and drive value.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
  • Data Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and organize raw data to ensure data quality and readiness for analysis.
  • Research and Development: Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and apply new techniques to improve our capabilities.
  • Solution Deployment: Implement and deploy machine learning models in production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Ethical Data Use: Ensure all data practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements and promote ethical use of data.

Requirements

Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in computer science, Information Sciences with a focus on Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI.

  • You have at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with data science libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, pandas).
  • Have proven experience with Azure in general & at least with data factory, Git (Azure MLOps).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading data science teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You are eager to learn and have a result-driven mind-set.

Experience considered as a plus:

  • Experience in working with Docker.
  • Experience in Agile working.
  • Experience in developing data-products based on Large Language Model
  • Deploying models using Azure services and building production-ready data solutions using APIs.
