• Design and maintain robust, trusted datasets for usage, billing, and customer health.
• Partner with Analytics Engineering to ensure scalable, automated data pipelines.

Do you have experience in SaaS?, * SaaS data expertise: You have 5+ years of experience in customer or product analytics within B2B SaaS.

• Usage-based metrics mastery: You're fluent in ARR, MRR, churn, expansion, and usage tracking.
• Data excellence: You're highly skilled in SQL and data manipulation, with strong command of visualization tools.
• Strategic insight: You've turned complex datasets into actionable recommendations that drive business growth.
• Predictive modeling: You've worked with scoring algorithms or churn forecasting to anticipate customer behavior.
• Technical fluency: You understand modern data warehouses and ETL pipelines.
