Job description

We are seeking a passionate Technical Lead to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our cloud data products. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your expertise in Data Warehouse and Data Lake architecture to deliver innovative solutions that drive our analytics capabilities. As a Subject Matter Expert in Snowflake and DBT, you will guide the technical design and implementation of data flows, ensuring that they align with best practices and meet the needs of our stakeholders. You will design and implement advanced data modeling techniques, such as Data Vault 2.0, to create scalable solutions that enhance data interoperability. Your hands-on leadership will involve writing optimized SQL and leveraging Python for advanced data processing. You will also develop and maintain robust data pipelines, automate processes, and ensure data quality throughout the lifecycle. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you work to create scalable data solutions that support reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Requirements

Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience as a Snowflake Developer and 10+ years in data modeling (OLAP, OLTP, Data Vault 2.0) and data warehousing.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with complex SQL queries and advanced Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
  • Experience building data pipelines using DBT for data transformation and running jobs.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning techniques in Snowflake, including query optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure DevOps, and knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
