Job description

Are you interested in structuring processes, organizing information, and ensuring teams work with reliable data? We are looking for a CRM Specialist to manage our acquisition system, maintain CRM quality, and ensure proper tracking of metrics and workflows.

You will work directly with the Network Growth & Performance Manager, acting as their main support for everything related to CRM, funnel conversion, and reporting.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

CRM Management (HubSpot)

  • Administer and maintain HubSpot as the central source of information.
  • Ensure data quality, standardization, and consistency.
  • Define and adjust properties, pipelines, and funnel stages.

Metrics Tracking and Reporting

  • Analyze funnel performance and conversion rates.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to the lead flow.

Automation and Tools

  • Create and maintain automations using no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Ensure proper connections between the CRM, forms, pages, and internal tools.

Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified view of the funnel.
  • Provide clear and actionable information to support, sales, and operations teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales?, * Fluent in Spanish.

  • English is a plus.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in CRM, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles.

Technical Skills:

  • HubSpot is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Ability to build reports (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).

Personal Profile:

  • Structured, analytical, and process-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and find solutions.
  • Practical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
