Our Social Media team is where creativity meets strategy. You'll need to have your finger on the pulse of social media trends, understanding exactly what resonates with audiences across channels. You'll shape the entire social experience, from brainstorming ideas to delivering live posts, always keeping our customers at the centre of every design.
We're looking for a Social Media Designer who can blend their creativity and attention to detail with strategic insight. You'll balance visual appeal with social media best practices, managing workflows and collaborating with stakeholders to create content that drives engagement, awareness, and growth.

What you'll be doing
- Designing visually engaging assets for organic social media channels, including static and motion graphics, that elevate our brand presence and connect meaningfully with our audience in new and innovative ways
- Creating compelling content for campaigns, taking full ownership of projects, from initial concept through to final delivery, to drive audience engagement and foster community
- Collaborating closely with our Brand Studio, Product, Marketing, and other teams to craft content that reflects our brand voice and aligns with broader campaigns across various project deadlines
- Collecting design inspiration and references, staying on top of trends to build moodboards, storyboards, and concept presentations that bring creative ideas to life
- Applying a strategic approach to organic social media, making design decisions that support audience engagement, brand storytelling, and community-building objectives
Requirements
Do you have experience in Marketing?, * Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- 2+ years of experience as a visual, brand, and/or motion designer
- Expertise in Figma
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (especially After Effects)
- Experience working with performance marketing and producing creatives for digital paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google App, etc.
- Solid conceptual thinking
- Experience creating templates and coming up with scalable design solutions
Nice to have
- Familiarity with 3D design, animation, and Cinema 4D
