Senior IAM/ISC Engineer

• Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint ISC solutions using Terraform and Azure DevOps, ensuring scalable and secure identity management.
• Develop and maintain custom rules (BeanShell/Java) and JSON-based transformations for provisioning, workflows, and attribute mapping.
• Integrate identity systems with enterprise applications across cloud and on-prem environments using secure APIs and connectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement identity lifecycle processes and access governance workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with support teams and third-party vendors.
• Document configurations, perform integration testing, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the evolution of IAM architecture, supporting the transition toward automated, risk-driven, and cloud-native identity solutions.

• 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on enterprise-scale implementations.
• Proven expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and IdentityNow, including configuration, connectors, workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Solid background in Java/BeanShell, JSON, and Terraform for rule development and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including provisioning, access certifications, RBAC, and risk-based access controls.
• Familiarity with integrating cloud and on-prem systems via APIs, and managing hybrid identity environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills in English (C1 or higher).
• Based in Spain (hybrid work model available).

Nice-to-have:

• SailPoint ISC certification or prior experience with IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Background in regulated sectors (financial services, insurance, healthcare).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience working in agile teams.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
