Job description Take your career to the next level with Amaris Consulting as a Senior HRIS Project Manager. Be part of an international team, thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, and an agile environment. ️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ️ 8+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in large-scale digital transformation programs involving HR systems, data migration, or enterprise integration. Proven track record managing end-to-end technical migration and integration projects, including governance, risk & issue management, and stakeholder alignment. Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience using JIRA for demand and project management. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors) and coordinate with global programs. Experience in change management, training coordination, and post-go-live support planning. Solid understanding of HR processes (payroll, talent management, employee lifecycle) and HRIS platforms, ideally Oracle HCM. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in European markets, particularly within financial services. Excellent communication, reporting, and steering committee facilitation skills. Advanced English (C1) and Spanish. Based in Madrid (hybrid role) WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Core HR integration and migration program across multiple European countries. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation. Establish and manage a robust governance model, including steering committees, KPI dashboards, risk & issue logs, and progress reporting. Coordinate stakeholder communication across HR, IT, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure alignment. Oversee change management and training activities, ensuring smooth adoption of the new HR platform. Manage demand and scope through JIRA, ensuring alignment with enterprise application strategy. Ensure compliance with data privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements by liaising with local experts. Supervise documentation management and centralized storage of all project artifacts. Adapt project methodology (Agile/Waterfall) to each workstream, ensuring timely delivery of key outputs.
