Job description
We are looking for a Data Analyst Technician with 2-3 years of experience in managing, processing, and
analyzing data, ideally within programmatic advertising or digital marketing environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring system and campaign performance, identifying
issues, and proposing technical and analytical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
We value a proactive, methodical, and collaborative profile, capable of translating data into actionable
insights and working closely with both business and technology teams.
What You Will Do
- Analyze data and abstract complex information to identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions or explanations.
- Work with JavaScript and PHP, including the ability to read, interpret, and debug third-party code.
- Perform HTTP requests to APIs, run environments locally, and debug end-to-end request flows.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve the use of data across reports, dashboards, and analytical systems.
- Query databases directly using SQL, bypassing traditional reporting tools when needed.
- Apply knowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystems (SSP, DSP, deals, GAM, Prebid, Amazon TAM, etc.) to diagnose issues and optimize performance, This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and technology-driven company, where you will contribute to

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting technical incidents in data-driven or programmatic advertising environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with database engines.
- Ability to perform and debug HTTP API requests, work with REST endpoints, and analyze full request/response workflows.
- Experience monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, anomalies, and root-cause issues across multiple systems.
- Ability to work with JSON, XML, and VAST/VMAP formats for debugging ad delivery and integrations.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, JS, cookies, CORS, CDN behavior, browser debugging).
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Valuable Experience
- Hands-on experience with Docker for local development, testing, and environment isolation.
- Practical understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM), including ad delivery logic, troubleshooting, and tag behavior.
- Experience working with Prebid.js, including debugging auctions, adapters, and bid responses.
- Knowledge of Amazon TAM / UAM and header bidding integrations.
- Exposure to CTV (Connected TV) advertising workflows and measurement.
- Understanding of OpenRTB 2.6 specifications, bid requests/responses, and programmatic auction mechanics.
- Competence with data visualization tools (Tableau, Grafana, Metabase, or similar).
