Frontend Tech Lead (React)

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Building new product functionality and contributing to core user-facing features Refactoring and optimizing existing applications to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability Performing thorough and thoughtful code reviews, ensuring engineering best practices Participating in the architectural planning of new applications and feature modules Collaborating closely with the backend team to define and refine service contracts Fixing bugs and contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in frontend development 3+ years of professional experience with TypeScript 3+ years of experience with React, including 1+ year on version 16.8+ (hooks, modern React ecosystem) Experience working with Vue.js is a plus Strong understanding of frontend observability: error tracking, performance metrics, monitoring Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS, layout techniques, and component-driven

development Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD processes Experience creating and configuring CI pipelines in GitLab CI Ability to follow established coding standards and maintain consistency across projects English proficiency at B1 or higher (required for reading documentation, maintaining internal records, and working with technical specs) and fluent russian Experience with Ant Design, working knowledge of D3.js, hands-on experience with Vite, and strong familiarity with ESLint (including writing custom linting rules) is a big plus.
