Job description
Deliver and support a modern workplace ecosystem through the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring performance, security, and reliability at an enterprise scale. We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to join a Global Workplace team. The selected professional will work across messaging, collaboration, security, and identity services in a hybrid cloud environment.
This role involves managing critical services like Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD, ensuring alignment with global IT standards and contributing to platform migrations, integrations, and automation initiatives. Strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams are key for success in this position., * Manage and maintain all aspects of the Microsoft 365 platform: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, and related services.
- Oversee tenant configurations, licensing, and security & compliance settings.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including HLD/LLD and SOPs.
- Provide 3rd/4th level support and transfer knowledge to L2 operational teams.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams for incident resolution and platform improvements.
- Ensure alignment with global IT standards and support hybrid deployments and migration projects.
- Monitor service performance, availability, and usage metrics using Microsoft and third-party tools.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
- Solid experience with Exchange Online/Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD Connect / Entra ID and hybrid identity models.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automating M365 platform tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to document technical processes.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, or Security & Compliance Center.
- Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Background in international or large-scale corporate environments.
- Familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP, and network security principles.
