Job description
The Global PMOTeam is looking for a candidate for the position of Global Project Manager. His/her knowledge of project management and processes combined with his/her analytical and people skills will shape the core of his/her responsibilities. In this role, you will be joining a team of highly motivated professionals within a variety of areas of expertise and roles., The Global Project Manager is responsible forleading complex, high-impact projects across Havas' global network and setting a standard for excellence in project management practices, delivering on time, high-quality and business aligned projects.

S/He will lead complex, high-impact projects across Havas' global network.

S/He will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Builders, and other Global Teams, driving the successful delivery of initiatives that align with strategic objectives managing time, quality and scope.

S/He will drive concrete progress sharing at detailed level of all the running projects in her/his scope, assisting schedules, risk analysis and defining success KPIs.

S/He will provide hands-on expertise on the improvement and implementation of project management practices and products in a dynamic global environment.

S/He will navigate a matrix organization where global & local stakeholders got various mindsets, roles and reporting lines. Mission & Responsibilities Functional:

Collaborate with Global product and development teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and milestones are clearly defined and met.

Assist in defining project scopes, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Act as a key point of contact to Global teams in process definition, governance and providing guidance and support throughout project execution.

Facilitate communication and alignment among global and local teams, resolving conflicts, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and maintaining project momentum.

Conceptualize and develop mack-ups, dashboards and tooling to support efficient, attractive and scalable operational processes.

Immerse themselves in Product specifications and Business knowledge to become a functional bridge from Product to Business to Market. Project Management and Coordination Expertise:

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project plans are clearly set, tracked and expectationsmet, assisting in the creation of scopes, deliverables and success criteria for the projects managed and facilitating communication across the teams involved.

Identify and track potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or quality, escalating as needed. Work with project teams to develop proactive solutions and implement contingency plans.

Assist with coordinating resource allocation across projects, ensuring that teams are effectively utilized and that priorities are clear.

Evaluate and improve project delivery processes, enhancing team productivity and outcomes.

Drive the adoption of the Global PMO tools, frameworks, and methodologies, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.

Work with the Adoption team on achieving Adoption KPIs on the tools developed by Global and be the Point of Contact for Client and Market Leads feedback.
Requirements

2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a global or multi-market setting.

Comfortable with daily communications in English (C1-C2 level) Skills & Competencies

Must have prior experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar platforms.

Must have working knowledge of SQL and/or Python.

Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Click Up, MS Project).

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

Effective organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.

Can-do attitude, hands-on approach, getting things done with a strong sense of ownership.
