We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks : Manage & Migrate from On-prem to Office 365/Exchange mailboxes Troubleshooting of Mailbox / sharedmailbox / Conference Room Issues Troubleshooting of Mailflow issue/Archiving & Journalling DirSync issue Troubleshooting HLD/LLD /SOP creation WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? At least 7 years of professional experience in a similar role Fluent English End to end Exchange Service Management Including Exchange Online with SLA and KPI reporting, various exchange policies management, monitoring, governance, security controls and administration Ability to manage Critical Situation for any Exchange (Onprem/Online), Service health or unavailability related P1 issues Managing new features and releases, impact analysis, testing, issue user advisory for new feature rollout Develop automation scripts, test and deploy and KPI reporting on such initiatives Create and manage recipients, mailboxes, Shared mailbox, mailbox access, mailbox size, mail archival & features Manage Distribution lists, and Security group management via M365 admin portal Should have knowledge and good exposure in Exchange Online Migration from On-premises ( Exchange 2010/2013/2016 ) using Hybrid Configuration Wizard or 3rd Party tools Knowledge of 3rd party migration tools like Quest on Demand or BitTitan Deep Understanding of Email Gateway, Centralized/decentralized Mail Transport, EOP & MRS Proxy Installation and configuration of Azure AD Connect / Windows AD GPO/Mail Transport Good knowledge and exposure on D LP/EOP/eDiscovery/Conditional access/ATP Proven experience with Intune. Ability to develop PowerShell script for task automation Outlook Client Management SSL Certificate
