Job description

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external cluster stakeholders and lead collaboration across regions (NA/LA/EA).
  • Portfolio Management: Create and maintain the cluster's regional project portfolio.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track and monitor the portfolio's status, progress, and financial health, reporting updates and P&L to leadership.
  • Scope Control: Secure the project scope for the portfolio and actively prevent scope creep.
  • Project Oversight & Review: Conduct continuous performance meetings and ensure all deliverables are completed and stored correctly.
  • Risk & Quality Assurance: Ensure risk assessments are performed and close any open issues before project handover.
  • Resource Planning & Provision: Monitor, plan, and secure the necessary resources (including coordinating with the Head of PDCs) and ensure they have the required tools.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, build, and maintain a robust project team, acting as a role model and identifying/retaining talent.
  • Support & Environment: Support Project Managers with issues and create an adequate and enriched working environment for all cluster resources.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety is the priority throughout the project duration, coordinating with Health and Safety.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously strive for improvement of the project management process and the current role description.
  • Ensure the seamless handover of finalized projects to receiving entities and lead lessons learned/feedback sessions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management?, * 8+ years' experience from project management, ideally in an international /multicultural environment.

  • Academic degree in engineering or business. Preference on electrical background.
  • Nice to have elevator knowledge.
  • Advanced skills in communication.
  • Advanced skills in planning and execution.
  • Strong ability to leverage modern working tools such as O365, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Willingness to travel+

The new Electrical System Cluster Program Manager is responsible for managing the cluster project portfolio, in close collaboration with the Cluster Lead, to ensure that the projects and all their deliverables are provided to all relevant stakeholders on time, on cost and on scope.
